Annapolis Towne project includes demolition of existing site, installation of an entirely new underground infrastructure (electrical/communication) and a pedestrian lighting scheme to complement the streetscape. Also included is the construction of 15 new buildings including Target, Whole Foods, Retail, Office, Residential, Restaurants, Hotel and Parking. |

| Mondowmin Mall - Maryland |

Due to demolition for a new anchor store, this project relocated an existing main electrical meter room that served multiple tenants in the Mall to a new location. This project required close coordination with the utility company and Mall Management in order to minimize the impact to the operating, open for business tenants. Mondawmin Mall is located in Baltimore, Maryland. |
