Ellsworth Place Mall

B&R Engineering Services is delighted to have worked with ci design architects on the Ellsworth Place mall. Work included providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for multiple tenant spaces throughout the building. Ellsworth Place mall is located at Fenton Street and Colesville Road, near Ellsworth Drive and just one block north of Georgia Avenue (Route 97).

Ellsworth Place is in the heart of the award-winning revitalized Silver Spring, Maryland. Formerly City Place Mall, the $70 million redevelopment and expansion of the 350,000 sf enclosed shopping mall consists of six levels of retail, restaurants, and entertainment. Anchored by: T.J. Maxx, Michaels, Ross and Marshalls, the mall serves a dense population of over 200,000 people in just a three-mile radius. A county parking garage provides shoppers parking convenience and a dedicated, climate controlled pedestrian bridge to Ellsworth Place.

The grand opening of Ellsworth Place is planned for mid to late fall of 2016.
