B&R Engineering Services would like to congratulate Avalon Bay and Greenberg Gibbons on their third place finish in the apartment category in the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2017 Best in Real Estate Inc. B&R is proud to have been a part of the team with Avalon Bay, Greenberg Gibbons and KTGY Architects.

B&R Engineering Services provided MEP engineering design and dry utility design for the project.
