Bella Haven Towers Chiller Replacement

B&R Engineering Services replaced the existing 350-ton centrifugal chiller with a new centrifugal chiller of the same capacity at the Belle Haven Towers in Alexandria, Virginia. The project also included the replacement of the existing chilled water and condenser water pumps and the removal of the abandoned steam absorption chiller.
