B&R Awarded Dry Utility Design for the Proposed SkyMark Redevelopment Project

B&R Construction Services is providing dry utility engineering and design services for the proposed SkyMark redevelopment project in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

The project, being developed by SkyMark Development Company, is a new, proposed mixed-use redevelopment project over 56 acres which will include a 510,000 SF retail center, a 141,000 SF town center, 1,652 residential units, a 300-room hotel and conference center, and 342 luxury residential units. Upon its completion, the project would become the largest mixed-use development to be built in Bergen County, New Jersey in the last 30 years.

B&R is providing dry utility engineering and design services including design for power, natural gas, telephone and cable systems throughout the site, distribution to multiple retail and residential buildings, a hotel, and the design will include a primary power service evaluation and distribution design.
