Final Phase of Greenberg Gibbon’s Annapolis Towne Centre Commences

Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corporation is in the final phase of construction for The Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, Building 17. B&R Construction Services is providing MEP Design-Build and Fire Protection services, Site Lighting and Dry Utility Design and Installation for the project, as well as MEP Design-Build services for the Pier 1 tenant build-out. Both projects are scheduled for June 2014 completion.
