B&R was contracted by ForwardGro to perform energy modeling and issue a request for proposal for electricity pricing for their new marijuana grow facility, located in Lothian, Maryland. The request for proposal resulted in ForwardGro procuring electricity pricing at a level of $.045 per kilowatt-hour for the next three years.

The facility; which opened June 1st, is a 62,000 square foot state-of- the-art greenhouse designed specifically to grow medicinal marijuana. The facility also has a head house portion that includes: offices, bathrooms, cloning rooms, drying rooms, storage, packaging and a vault.
