B&R is excited to be working with Gilligan & Bubnowski at the Westfield Garden State Plaza. B&R is providing common area lighting and renovation design, which will include circuiting and control of lighting. Garden State Plaza is located in Paramus, New Jersey and is owned and managed by Westfield.

Garden State Plaza is a two-story, upscale shopping mall located at the intersection of route 4 and route 17 near the Garden State Parkway, about 15 miles from west Manhattan. The mall has over 2 million square feet of leasable space, and houses over 300 stores. Garden State Plaza is the largest mall in New Jersey and one of the highest-revenue producing malls in the United States.
