River Club Bogota, New Jersey

B&R Engineering services is thrilled to be working with Ci Design architects on The River Club residential development project. River Club is conveniently located along the Hackensack River in Bogota, New Jersey.

The project with River Development is a multi-phased residential apartment development, which will consist of approximately 471 residential apartments within six buildings. It will also include a two-story club house, community pool, river walk, dog park, outdoor plazas and a guard house. B&R Engineering is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and consulting services for the residential apartment buildings, as well as the club house and pool.

Phase one of the project is set to begin construction in fall of 2016, which will be the first two residential buildings, community pool and club house.
