B&R Construction Services was the design-build engineering and construction management firm of record for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Systems of this 80-acre, 1,000,000+ new square feet of integrated retail, office and residential mixed use development. We also engineered and construction managed the Life Safety and Special Systems on this project. Our scope of work included site dry utilities, complete energy efficient MEP engineering services/systems, on site emergency power generation, UPS, fire alarm and other Life Safety and Special Systems. Additionally, we provided life cycle analysis, commissioning services and consulting regarding the opportunity to implement on-site renewable power generation and obtain various green building certifications.
