B&R Engineering Services is pleased to be working with architect, Design Collective Inc. and developer, Velocity Capital, LLC on the design of a new 6-story, 115,000 square foot office building and parking garage at the Hampton Park mixed-use development in Capital Heights, Maryland. The Hampton Park development will transform a 24 acre site from a former shopping center into a community development consisting of the new office building, retail, a hotel, and residential apartments.

B&R Engineering Services provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering for the core and shell design of the office building.

The project is currently under construction.
