B&R Construction Services was the design-build engineering and construction management firm of record for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Systems of this 80-acre, 1,000,000+ new SF of integrated retail, office and residential mixed use development. B&R also engineered and construction managed the Life Safety and Special Systems on the project. Services provided included site dry utilities, complete energy efficient MEP engineering services/systems, on site emergency power generation, UPS, fire alarm and other Life Safety and Special Systems. Additionally, B&R provided life cycle analysis, commissioning services and consulting regarding the opportunity to implement on-site renewable power generation and obtain various green building certifications.
