B&R Engineering Services is proud to be working with The Wills Group providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and consulting services on multiple Dash In convenience stores and car washes in the Maryland and the northern Delaware area. As part of the A/E design team, B&R has worked with The Wills Group to provide design for various prototype stores along with site adaptations. Our design includes: HVAC design for both front and back of the house, coordination for kitchen hood exhaust and makeup air systems, design of water, waste, grease waste and natural gas plumbing systems and also design of lighting and power systems including providing allocations and conduits for fuel island systems.
