The Highlander

The Highlander (formerly 2080 Rockrose) is a new multi-family apartment building in the Woodberry neighborhood of Baltimore City. The Highlander is a four level building with twelve two-bedroom, two-bath apartment units. B&R Engineering Services provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering for the project. Construction of the building completed in the spring of 2021.
