Peabody Walk Lofts

Peabody Walk Lofts is a new apartment building in the Remington and Charles Village neighborhoods of Baltimore, MD. The building is three stories with twenty-two apartment units and amenity spaces. The building was designed to match the historic image and culture of the surrounding neighborhood.

B&R Engineering Services provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering for the project.

Construction of the building completed in July 2021.
